Carlos Felix
I’m Coach Carlos Felix, a former professional basketball player, strength and conditioning coach, and founder of EVOLVE Human Performance in Alpharetta, Georgia. I hold a bachelor’s degree in Physical Education from Universidade Castelo Branco in Brazil.
With more than 27 years of coaching experience, including over 15 years working with youth soccer athletes, I help people build the strength, speed, and confidence to perform at their best. My background includes 10 seasons as High-Performance Director at United Futbol Academy, supporting the long-term development of young athletes.
My coaching starts with understanding the person in front of me: their goals, their challenges, and what they need to move forward. I combine individualized training, hands-on coaching, and performance assessments to guide decisions and measure progress.
At EVOLVE, that approach extends from young athletes preparing for the demands of sport to adults who want to stay strong, active, and independent. My goal is to help every person build a foundation for lasting progress, on the field and throughout life.
