The Sports Performance Small Group is for young athletes aged 12 to 18 and will give your child a competitive advantage. In a safe learning environment, young athletes learn the fundamentals of strength and conditioning. This 60-minute program includes all of the elements of our world-class programs, but with modifications for younger athletes.
Movement training, injury prevention and rehabilitation, linear and lateral speed techniques, foot speed and agility, explosive power development, proper functional strength training, and energy system conditioning are all part of our unique program.
